All products sold by TruFrom Labs are provided strictly for research and educational purposes only. We do not make any claims regarding the medical use, effectiveness, or safety of our products. The purchaser is fully responsible for ensuring that all products are used in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards within their jurisdiction.

3. Authorized Use of Products

All peptides sold by TruFrom Labs are intended exclusively for laboratory and research use.

By purchasing from TruFrom Labs, you agree to the following conditions:

Products will only be used for research purposes and will not be used on humans or animals under any circumstances.
Products will be handled, tested, stored, and disposed of according to accepted scientific practices and in full compliance with all applicable federal and provincial laws.
Appropriate safety measures will be followed at all times when handling our products.
You confirm that you possess the required education, training, and experience to safely handle laboratory research materials.
You accept full responsibility for the proper use and storage of all products and agree not to transfer or supply them to any individual or entity that may misuse them.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate suspension of purchasing privileges. Reinstatement is at the sole discretion of TruFrom Labs.

4. Shipping Policy

Shipping Provider: All orders are shipped through Canada Post.
Proof of Delivery: Canada Post delivery confirmation and tracking status marked as delivered will be considered proof of delivery.
Tracking and Signature: Signature confirmation may be used where applicable. A signed delivery record will serve as final confirmation of receipt.
Shipping Location: Orders are shipped within Canada only.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not offered.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing correct shipping and contact details. TruFrom Labs is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
Legal Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of our products comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Delivery Disputes

In the event of a delivery dispute:

Canada Post tracking and delivery confirmation will be considered sufficient proof of delivery.
Any delivery-related claims must be submitted directly to Canada Post.

9. Changes to Terms

TruFrom Labs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately once posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
