Products may only be returned by the original purchaser to whom the order was delivered and must follow the conditions outlined in this policy.
All products are considered accepted upon delivery unless a claim is reported within the required time frame. If products are missing, damaged, defective, or do not match the order, the purchaser must notify the delivery provider within the following periods:

Within 24 hours of the expected delivery date for missing items or delivery issues involving temperature-controlled products

Within three business days of delivery for all other concerns
All claims must be submitted using the appropriate documentation provided by the delivery provider and must include the reason for the claim, purchaser name and address, affected product quantity, product details such as strength and package size, invoice number, and invoice date.
Claims submitted outside the stated time limits or without complete documentation may not be accepted. In such cases, the purchaser will remain responsible for payment, and TruFrom Labs will not be liable for any loss, damage, or defects related to the order.
